Description:

Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) is a cellulose derivative commonly used as a thickener, stabilizer, and emulsifier in food, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.

Used in food as a stabilizer and thickener, in pharmaceuticals for drug formulations, in detergents, and in oil drilling fluids.
